Census Coverage Survey Regional Managers

From 4 January 2011, we will be recruiting census coverage survey (CCS) regional managers on fixed-term contracts (11 April 2011 – 23 June 2011). CCS regional managers will be responsible for managing around 10 CCS team managers who will each manage approximately 14 interviewers. The interviewers are responsible for conducting doorstep interviews during the census coverage survey. They will line manage and train their team managers as well as managing any dismissal, disciplinary or grievance procedures. They will also authorise pay claims, monitor operations in their designated area, compile management information and ensure that the census coverage survey is completed successfully.
